Since 1985, the Tri-Town YMCA has been offering Y’s Kids Programs, a safe before and after school alternative, for children to attend, while their parents are at work or continuing their education. Today, Tri-Town YMCA is responding to local community needs by offering flexible options for families with children enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The following details will help you and your family make the decision about which Y’s Kids Program Track is best for your family. Y’s Kids and Adventure Club are school-age programs that do follow the standards set forth by DCFS and is considered license-exempt. Our teacher-to-student ratio follows DCFS standards and is typically 1:10.
