Alison Gardiner, Tri–Town Board Member
In 2025, Tri-Town YMCA welcomed Alison to the board, knowing that creating strong, connected communities where families and children can thrive is super important for communities. “Tri-Town YMCA plays such an important role in providing opportunities, support, and belonging for people of all ages,” said Alison. “ It’s rewarding to be part of an organization that is committed to both individual growth and community impact. Tri-Town YMCA truly becomes an extension of home for so many families.”
As Community Development pastor at Parkview Community Church, Alison is actively involved in the community through school partnerships, ESL programming, parent support initiatives, children’s programming, food drives and family events. Throughout the community. Her work focuses on supporting underserved families and helping create stronger connections between schools, families, and community resources.
Outside of the Y and Parkview, she loves spending time with family and friends, being involved in community events, exploring new parks and local places with her children, and finding opportunities to connect with people in meaningful ways. She takes every opportunity that she can to bring people together and create spaces where others feel welcomed, connected, and known. Whether it’s community events, family programs, or creative activities, you can find Alison building environments where relationships can grow and living her motto: “People matter deeply, and strong communities are built through connection, compassion, and consistency.”
