Amy Augustine, Tri-Town Board Member
Over the past two decades, Amy has led large-scale operational transformations across complex environments. Currently a senior executive at Champro, she takes a logistical and strategic approach to her position but, she says, at the heart of her work is a passion for enabling people and systems to flourish, strengths she will bring to Tri-Town YMCA.
New to the board in 2026, Amy was drawn to Tri-Town’s mission of providing affordable childcare and enrichment, focusing on mental health and family wellbeing, and building strong community partnerships. “I am honored to help steward the Y’s next chapter of growth and impact,” she said.
Amy is a regular volunteer with several organizations, including Feed My Starving Children and the Wheaton Field of Honor. Through her connection with Champro, she is a witness to how the right environment can foster growth, belonging and leadership in today’s youth. Above all, she is a believer in the power of community.
